The international activities support fulfilling the strategies of the college. The purpose of these activities is to give our students opportunities to do some of their on-the-job learning abroad and furthermore invite more and more foreign students to do their on-the-job learning in South Karelia. Studies taken abroad are accredited in the students’ study program.

South Karelia Vocational College has several partner colleges in various fields and takes part in LdV projects. One of our main interests is Russian co-operation, which is carried out with three partner colleges in St Petersburg. In addition, our college is a partner in the national Russian network, which aims to add interest in Russian studies and culture and to develop on-the-job learning in Russia.
